What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a gentle, creative way to connect with your emotions, release stress, and find clarity. It helps quiet the mind, ease tension, and even uncover thoughts or feelings you might not have realized were there.

The purpose of art therapy is to tap into different parts of the brain using imagination, metaphor, and images to gain new perspectives and solve problems in new ways.

How does it work?

  1. Choose your experience – (Available in English & Spanish) Pick between a private session for a personalized journey or a group session to share creativity with others.

  2. Pick your day & time – Select the best date and time that fits your schedule.

  3. Complete your payment – Secure your spot with a quick and easy checkout through Calendly.

  4. After payment- You will receive the list of materials we will use and a link to join the session
